In light of recent developments in the Democratic National Convention, I felt compelled to update this report - unveiling in greater detail the character of the Antichrist's throne that many of my brothers and sisters in Christ list as a reason Barack Hussein Obama cannot fulfill this role. I cannot proclaim he is in fact the Antichrist – nor do I believe that I will ever be able to reveal the identity of the man of lawlessness with a hundred percent certainty, since it is clear from Scripture that it can't be known beyond a shadow of a doubt until the “strengthening of the covenant between the world and Israel” by this world figure is accomplished. I can, however, try my best to forewarn them that are not born again believers of the perilous times steamrolling down the tracks as the birthing pangs become more profound and numerous with each day that goes by. I also hope to leave behind a record for anyone searching for answers when we, the Bride of Christ – the 'He' that restrains the son of perdition from coming fully into power – are taken out of the way. That being said, I do sense the power of Satan influencing Obama and helping to put him atop the crest of the high mountain that is America.

The most prominent argument against Obama's as being the Antichrist is that "he must come from the revived Holy Roman empire". While there is an element of truth behind this statement as can be seen in Daniel chapter nine below, there is one factor that makes it extremely difficult to know just who the revived Holy Roman Empire is:

Daniel 9:26 "Then after the sixty-two weeks the Messiah will be cut off and have nothing, and the people of the prince who is to come will destroy the city and the sanctuary. And its end {will come} with a flood; even to the end there will be war; desolations are determined.

The aforementioned verse describes the events of 70 A.D., in which the people – the Romans – of the 'prince to come' (the Antichrist as opposed to someone influenced by the spirit of Antichrist; i.e. Nero, Napoleon, Hitler, etc.; which is “already in the world'), destroyed the Temple of God and the city exactly as predicted by the prophets hundreds of years before. The Jewish people were then exiled in the dispersion that sent them into all of the nations across this globe until May 14-15, 1948. While it is true the people of said prince were from Rome, that doesn't necessarily mean that Rome is the city from which he will come.

These well meaning and most often very astute teachers - many of whom have helped to shape my understanding of Christian doctrine - have made the decision that since the Roman people destroyed the city and the sanctuary in 70 A.D., this is the most obvious and probably only choice. However, we must look at it from every angle to see which makes the most sense. Could this mean that this peacemaker who will be indwelt by Satan himself will come out of Rome? Certainly. Is this a must? Absolutely not. Review the following facts and decide for yourself.

1 - Our American government is derived from the system first developed by the ancient Romans.
2 - Much of the US military structure, war theater tactics and chain of command was first developed by the Romans.
3 - Many of our US capital buildings and monuments are architecturally Roman in design.
4 - The fall of Rome was not by war but by uncontrolled immigration. She was conquered from within and the argument may be made that the US is going the way of Rome, with her immigration policies.
5 - Religious freedom first got it's start in Rome. Though Christians were persecuted and murdered in great numbers after Nero burned the majority of the city and blamed them for it - before Paul brought the Gospel of Christ to Mars hill, anyone could believe in any deity they wished with impunity.
6 - The 'School of Philosophy' was birthed in Rome. It could be argued that America has picked up that torch with every self-help, 'the secret' to life, how to lose weight, make your children mind, win friends and influence people - book, course, website, etc. etc. etc. that is available on millions of web-zines, info-mercials and in any mega or mini-mall in America.
7 - Even the 'highway', which was first invented by the Romans as a means of getting from one part of the empire to another with greater speed, has been lovingly adopted by our nation as today, America is a virtual spaghetti bowl of pavement from one coast to the other, over large bodies of water and around mountain chains.

I believe there is ample evidence that our American society could easily fit the bill as the revived 'Holy Roman Empire' theologians with much greater knowledge than myself have been preaching on.

In the Bible, Israel is called “Sodom” and “Egypt” in the spiritual sense, so the precedence has been set, in which one city may be 'spiritually' identified with another by name to reveal it's unrighteous characteristics. Is it possible that the harlot that sits atop the beast was a vision of Lady Liberty, who is now an icon of abortion, divorce, homosexuality, and pornography? A once Judeo-Christian nation that has, in only a few generations, become a harlot 'spiritually'. We read that the throne of the Beast or Antichrist is called Babylon, while here we read the city of the sea of peoples from which the Antichrist rises is called “Mystery Babylon”, which at the very least identifies her spiritually with the oldest Biblical city of sin, yet the qualifier “Mystery” points out that it can't be known which city on earth is specifically being referred to...until her great fall. But, I am convinced that more than any other place on earth, America and more specifically Ney York, where the kings of the earth sit - in the UN, is the throne of the Beast.

The Bible explains the following about 'Mystery Babylon':

Revelation 17:1-5, Then one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls came and spoke with me, saying, "Come here, I will show you the judgment of the great harlot who sits on many waters, with whom the kings of the earth committed {acts of} immorality, and those who dwell on the earth were made drunk with the wine of her immorality." And he carried me away in the Spirit into a wilderness; and I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast, full of blasphemous names, having seven heads and ten horns. The woman was clothed in purple and scarlet, and adorned with gold and precious stones and pearls, having in her hand a gold cup full of abominations and of the unclean things of her immorality, and on her forehead a name {was} written, a mystery, "BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH."

Revelation 17:9 "Here is the mind which has wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains on which the woman sits,

Revelation 17:15 And he *said to me, "The waters which you saw where the harlot sits, are peoples and multitudes and nations and tongues.

Revelation 17:16-17 "And the ten horns which you saw, and the beast, these will hate the harlot and will make her desolate and naked, and will eat her flesh and will burn her up with fire. "For God has put it in their hearts to execute His purpose by having a common purpose, and by giving their kingdom to the beast, until the words of God will be fulfilled.

Revelation 17:18 "The woman whom you saw is the great city, which reigns over the kings of the earth."

Revelation 18:3 "For all the nations have drunk of the wine of the passion of her immorality, and the kings of the earth have committed {acts of} immorality with her, and the merchants of the earth have become rich by the wealth of her sensuality."

In the verses above we find the following characteristics that I believe one might identify with the United States. This great city must be one of vast wealth as seen by the wardrobe worn by the harlot arrayed in fine jewels and expensive robes. She is a place in which all of the countries of the world do business and become wealthy through their association with her. She must also 'sit on many waters' but not of the aquatic variety. For the record, Babylon in Iraq sits no where near water (even as Iraq herself has her tip-toe dipped into the Persian Gulf) and although Rome, Italy, does sit on the Mediterranean. Tyrrhenian, Ionic and Adriatic seas, it is no where near the global money maker in which all nations trade and market their wares and obtain vast wealth by association. Regardless, while many theologians look to this as a marker for Rome's role, water is not actually what is being revealed anyway, as is found further down in verse fifteen, where we see the same beast that 'rose up out of the sea' (Revelation 13). It is revealed that this represents a multitude of peoples of many nations and many tongues. Neither Rome nor literal Babylon can fit here, yet the US is the 'melting pot' of cultures, peoples, nationalities, religions and languages. I think we may be on to something.

Next we find that the harlot city sits atop seven mountains and while Rome does theoretically sit on seven hills, again she is does not live up to any of the other prerequisites needed to assume the label 'Mystery Babylon'. This picture is deeply laced with symbolism. In the Holy Scriptures, several times the word 'mountain' is used to represent entire lands or kingdoms. We see in Matthew that Satan took Christ up onto 'a very high mountain' and 'showed Him the kingdoms of the world' and offered Him 'all of this' to bow and worship him – a snapshot of the same offer that the Antichrist will gladly accept and I believe it's possible that this very mountain was this same future spiritual Babylon. It makes perfect sense, then, that these seven mountains represent the totality of the kingdoms of the earth - as seven represents perfection and completion and mountains, in this case represent (for lack of a better description) the seven continents or the entire population of earth.

Being a 'Mother of Harlots' shows that she has given birth to a lifestyle deemed as defiled by the Lord. This city exports her abominable sensuality to these other 'mini-harlots' – just as our mother country America has westernized the majority of the world in less than a hundred years.

Finally, we read that the 'ten kings' will give their allegiance to Antichrist and they will hate this city, 'Mystery Babylon', and while pledging allegiance to Antichrist, they will 'eat her flesh' and 'burn her with fire'. Just as the bear in Daniel 7 who is on one side with three ribs in his mouth saying to the bear “arise, devour much flesh”, this is a metaphor for war and destruction – the term 'with fire' gives us a glimpse into the method with which they will kill her, the city 'Mystery Babylon, as all the merchants of the nations wail and weep for their loss – since they were made rich by her abominations. I am convinced the fire will be nuclear.

So, then. What city on earth is made up of a multitude of peoples, speaking many languages, from many countries, who's vast wealth has made the nations of the world rich while exporting her vile lifestyle across the globe? What city 'sits atop' the nations of the world, ruling over the 'kings of the earth', where the market of the world is nestled? I believe that the only city on earth that, right this very second, has every single quality mentioned, meets all of these requirements and is doomed for destruction in the very, very near future is.....New York city, USA.

While I know I will have many more nay-sayers than bandwagoners, stop and meditate on this in prayer and see if the Spirit tells you emphatically, “there is no way this is true”. In my heart of hearts I fear it is dead on and judgment is just around the corner for them that miss the boat when the Lord whisks away His bride and the tribulation period begins.

If the conflict between Israel and the Russo-Islamic confederation is near, then so is the up and coming world messiah called 'the Beast' and 'the Antichrist'. I do believe prophecy is nearing fulfillment and that this is the 'fig tree generation' Christ spoke of in the gospels. While I am watching several prominent world figures, none strikes me like Obama, and if my estimation is correct as laid out above, things are about to get very crazy very soon.

Now, about this DNC candidacy trophy-holder, who I'm sure will have no regard for a woman – Hillary Clinton to be exact. He claims to be a Christian, yet he is a staunch abortion rights advocate and is accepting of the gay and lesbian lifestyle – the two most abominable sins in the Bible (yes homosexuality is one of the worst sins in that it is rooted in lust, which all sexual sin comes from; please do not write letters about my 'bashing homosexuals' as ALL lust - adultery, beastiality, masterbation, pedophelia, etc - is implied here). The murder of innocence and perverse sexual gratification - the worst crime outside the body and the most vile crime inside the body, as Paul wrote in his epistle:

1st Corinthians 6:18 Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.

The same sins (aside from their false religious piety and spiritual death) that brought the hand of judgment from God upon Israel and eventually led to their temporary (although 2000 years doesn't seem too short to us) alienation from their homeland and their God. Is it to much of stretch to see the hand of Satan working here?

When his pastor of 20 years calls this nation “the US of KKKA” and says, “God D—m America”, preaches an Afro-centric gospel - when Christ said that the only way to worship the Father is in the Spirit, effectively eliminating the color of flesh and the national descent – and says that the man of color is the true child of God; is it to much of a stretch to think that Obama might actually hold the same views of his longtime spiritual advisor? I don't think so – yet I believe he has effectively eliminated religion from the course of this election. It has become a no-go-zone. In fact, I believe it could be said that Barack Obama has thrown off the yoke of religion, symbolically, as of late, dumping first Jeremiah Wright, then Catholic Priest Michael Pfleger, and now, his 20 year church all together – but even more, he has moved the 'religion issue' further to the left of center, causing many Americans to do the same. Just as a large population of professing Christians see “those born again types” as radicals (i.e. the Hagee / Parsley problem for McCain - two great men of God, with whom I agree and have great respect for) I believe Obama has calculatingly removed the “real Christian”, or true born again Christian, from the vote which could actually lead to a landslide victory with claims of “higher than mere mandate status”.

All along we have seen Obama say Hillary should remain in the race, seeming noble and respectful when the only one who would ever profit from her late departure is in fact Obama. Again, Satanically inspired?

Finally, Antichrist will be a man who “understand dark sentences” or “enigmas” as referenced in the Bible – which loosely translated means he will be at once articulate, charismatic, peaceful and extremely intelligent, with a supernatural ability to understand the situation, decipher what action or words are best to persuade the masses, and then willfully manipulate the minds of others with smooth speech and calculated deeds – all of which are qualities I see in Obama. As he has said in his own words, when asked what his hidden talent was during the early debates, Obama simply stated, “I'm a pretty good poker player,” interpretation....."I know how to manipulate a situation and am a good liar or pretender".

After seeing the picture below in the daily news circulation, a passage of Scripture came eerily to mind - NOT that it relates to Barack Obama, but it sures seems to be a 'caption to fit the image':

Matthew 14:36 And they implored Him that they might just touch the fringe of His cloak; and as many as touched {it} were cured.
